Mindfulness is used as a common entry point term for MINDFooL DiSCO LABS' primary collaboration approach called EMRLD, a set of work-in-progress practice areas for "conscious (r)evolution."
EMRLD is rooted in the idea that humans already have the ability to meet the present moment and disrupt the status quo (elitism, imperialism, capitalism), but have been largely discouraged from practicing the skills needed to do so. Therefore, EMRLD seeks to bring together traditional and emerging practices, without loyalty to any single discipline area, that are designed to guide our personal and shared efforts as we move about the world amidst the polycrisis and design what's next.
Below you will find working descriptions and example practices for each element that makes up EMRLD.
MINDFooL DiSCO LABS acknowledges that it has only "curated" this approach, and honors the many originators of the wisdom it holds.
